The following are guidelines employers should review before posting a job with LWTC:
- Job must pay at least minimum wage ($7.93 per hour as of January 1, 2007)
- We require that you have a business license to post a job on our Web site
- We do not accept the following jobs:
- Multi-level marketing opportunities
- Commission-only jobs
- Opportunities that require fees for training or start-up, or that require the prospective employee to purchase products or equipment prior to earning a minimum wage
- We will post in-home temporary jobs on our bulletin board in front of the Employment Resource Center
- Positions posted must comply with all federal and state affirmative action and equal employment regulations
- We reserve the right to turn down any opportunity for valid reasons
- Organizations recruiting through the LWTC Employment Resource Center agree to contact the ERC when their position is filled by any LWTC student or graduate
