***2008-2009 FAFSA (Summer Qtr 2008 - Spring Quarter 2009) Beginning January 2008, students can apply for the 2008-2009 FAFSA application. Bring your 2007 tax return or estimate your earnings for 2007 and if you are a dependent student, you will need your parent's 2007 tax return as well. Also, if you are not a U.S. citizen, you will need your eight or nine digit Alien Registration number.
2007-2008 FAFSA pertains to the the following quarters: Summer Quarter 2007 through Spring Quarter 2008. Bring a copy of your 2006 tax return and if you are a dependent student, you will need your parent's 2006 tax return as well. Also, if you are not a U.S. citizen, you will need your eight or nine digit Alien Registration number.
Financial Aid Mission Statement
The focus of the Financial Aid Office at Lake Washington Technical College is to counsel all students, and their families, in exploring funding methods to best meet their college expenses. We recognize and honor our responsibility to deliver funds in a timely and equitable manner. We seek out new methods of financial assistance delivery, while continuously improving and streamlining processes. Furthermore, we will uphold a high standard of honesty, integrity and a commitment to student service. We work collaboratively with all areas of the college, recognizing that only together can we achieve our common goal.
