Argosy University Seeks LWTC Accounting and Social and Human Services Graduates

Argosy University/Seattle, located in downtown Seattle, offers an educational environment which meets the needs of busy individuals by scheduling career-focused classes that are convenient. Some coursework can also be taken online.

LWTC students completing the Associate of Applied Science (AAS): Accounting may transfer directly to the Bachelor of Science in Business offered by Argosy University. Students in LWTC’s AAS: Social and Human Services may transfer directly to Argosy’s Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. A maximum of 78 lower division, semester credits (118 quarter credits) can be transferred from LWTC to Argosy University.

Students from Lake Washington Technical College will be granted admission to a bachelor program at Argosy University based on meeting the academic requirements of an associate degree and satisfactory completion of all conditions for admission as stated by Argosy University. Admission requirements include: a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or above.

For students transferring without an approved associate degree or into unapproved bachelor degree programs, no guarantee will be made regarding the transfer of technical credit.
