Central Washington University

Students completing a Science Technician Associate of Applied Science (AAS) at LWTC may now transfer up to 105 credits to Central Washington University’s (CWU’s) Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) in Safety and Health Management. This degree program designed for working adults is currently offered at CWU’s University Center in Lynnwood.

 

To be eligible for admission to CWU’s BAS in Safety and Health Management, students must have completed:

  • At least 90 credits in a related Associate degree upon entry
  • At least 20 credits of CWU General Education “Basic” credits (courses at LWTC that fulfill these requirements are ENGL& 101, ENGL 102, MATH& 141, 142, 151 and PHIL& 106)
  • CHEM& 121
  • 2000 hours of work experience in safety & health-related employment (Internship experience may be applicable.)

LWTC students may be able to satisfy other requirements in this BAS program by taking equivalent courses at LWTC. These include:
