School of Hotel Management
Les Roches School of Hotel Management in Bluche, Switzerland, is now accepting LWTC’s Culinary and Baking Arts graduates into their Hotel Management Dîplome program. After finishing an AAS in Culinary or Baking Arts at LWTC, students will need to complete two semesters of theory and two six-month internships to earn the Dîplome at Les Roches. Students can then choose to continue their studies for an additional year and earn a Bachelor’s in Business Administration.
Located in a picturesque Swiss village, Les Roches is an approved member of the Swiss Hotel Association and is accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges. Students have additional opportunities to study at Les Roches’ worldwide campuses in Chicago, Spain and China.
