Bachelor Degree Program Now Offered at LWTC

Lake Washington Technical College has received approval to offer the first Bachelor of Technology in Applied Design (BTAD) in Washington State. If you’re currently working in the design field, our new BTAD program gives you the opportunity to earn a four-year degree and obtain management and supervisory skills.

Design Your Future

Our BTAD degree program is designed for one purpose: to advance your design career. It will prepare you to lead and collaborate with teams of creative and technical professionals. If you have an applied associate’s degree in a design-related field, you’re ready to start your application.

Get Your Dream Job

Puget Sound is home to many design career opportunities. This four-year degree will help give you the edge over your competition to land your dream design job.

Classes that Fit Your Schedule

The BTAD degree program features our popular hybrid/evening format designed for working students. It allows you to take classes at night and online so you can continue to work during the day.

Classes begin in September 2009. Applications are being accepted now.

Application Deadline

The BTAD program has a rolling admissions process. The next application deadline is June 1, 2009. Applications received after the deadline will be reviewed and admitted until the cohort is full. Admission for Winter and Spring is determined on a space available basis.
