Hospitality/Wine Education

This certificate provides an extensive wine knowledge to prepare students for rapid advancement into the Service Industry with an emphasis on Sommelier Certification. Students gain expertise in all wine styles and countries of origin, production, sales and food pairing.

Restaurant service will be included. Classes will offer wine tasting so you must be minimum of 21 years of age to attend. Completion of all three quarters will prepare you for the Sommelier certification.

• The Culinary Arts Program focuses on commercial cooking, food handling and the restaurant environment.
• The Baking Arts Program, that teaches the fine art of breads, pastas, pastries and desserts.
