Wine Technology

This program includes coursework in horticulture/viticulture, enology, wine-making, state and federal regulations and compliance testing, customer service, wine sales and marketing, food and wine pairing, wine evaluation, and event management.

Wine Technology program graduates will:

  • be prepared for a range of entry-level positions in the field
  • receive training and demonstrate learning in Critical Thinking, Teamwork, Communication, and Technical and Information Literacy skills

It is the student's responsibility to discuss sequencing and work out their individual schedule with a counselor or adviser. Any developmental coursework a student may be required to complete may increase the program length.
